RingGain provides missed-call response and lead-intake services for home-service businesses. This policy explains the information we collect and how we use it.

Information we collect

We may collect business and contact information you submit to us, including your name, company, email address, phone number, website, and information about your call-handling process. When a RingGain customer uses our service, we may also process caller phone numbers, text-message content, service needs, location information provided by the caller, timing preferences, and related conversation records on that customer's behalf.

How we use information

We use information to provide and improve RingGain, respond to pilot requests, operate missed-call and messaging workflows, create lead summaries, support customers, prevent abuse, and comply with applicable obligations.

Service providers and sharing

We may use service providers that help us operate communications, hosting, data storage, and AI-assisted lead intake. We do not sell personal information. Mobile phone numbers, SMS opt-in information, and messaging consent data are not shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes.

SMS messaging

When SMS is enabled for a RingGain-powered business, message frequency varies based on the customer conversation. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out of further messages and HELP for help. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing goods or services.

Data retention and security

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, support customers, maintain business records, and meet legal or security needs. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards designed to protect information.

Your choices

You can opt out of SMS by replying STOP. For questions about information handled through a RingGain customer, contact that business first. For RingGain privacy questions, contact hello@ringgain.com.

This policy may be updated as RingGain's services and legal obligations evolve. Material changes will be reflected by an updated effective date.
